Second Saturday Plant Sale

The Friends hold a plant sale on the second Saturday of every month from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm, featuring the unusual and hard to find.

 Visitors will find a large selection of plants.

Florida Natives including: Beautyberry, Coral Bean, Crinum Lily, Duranta, Fire Bush, Milkweed, Prickly Pear, Porter Weed, Sage, Salvia and Slash Pine.

 Additional plants include African Violets, Alternant Hera, Amaryllis , Bromeliads, Buddleia, Cactus, Cannas, Cleradendrum, Desert Rose, Episcia, Flap Jacks, Ferns, Ficus, Fire Spike, Flowering Maple,  Four Leaf Clovers, Furcraea, Gardenias, Gingers, Hoyas, Herbs, Jade, Knockout Roses, Madagascar Palm, Mexican Heather, and Seasonal Orchids.

 Oriental garden dishes;, Pagoda, Philodendrons, Pony Tail Palm, Rex Begonias, Scented Geraniums, Schefflera, Shrimp Plant, Stag Horns, Succulents, Ti and Tillansias (air plants).

 A portion of the plants were propagated and grown in the park by volunteers.  All proceeds benefit the park for enhancement of current and new facilities
